Muscle Activation Technique (MAT)

$100 session

MAT is a non-invasive and revolutionary approach to assessing and correcting one’s muscular system. This technique is done on a stretch table used to identify weak muscles and correct those weak muscles.

Assisted Stretch

$60 per half hour session                $100 per hour session

Assisted stretch is passive stretching on a stretch table. Some of the benefits of assisted stretching are relaxing tight muscles, easing pressure off joints, correcting posture, “looser and lighter feeling”.

Zoom Training

$70 per session

I can train you through ZOOM at your convenience wherever you are located. Whether you have equipment of your own or you want to do body weight calisthenics it all depends on your convenience.
